 For those of you who don't get it... This is a parody of what is already considered anti-rollerblading propaganda. It was created by Dos Equis some time ago vignetting "The Most Interesting Man in the World" and his opinion on Rollerblading. (See Link Below) Skateboarders and BMX'ers, loved this advertisement. But, what gives Dos Equis the grounds to create something like this? People who create a poor image for Rollerblading. Do you really want every skateboarder or BMX'er kid at the skatepark to come up to you and asking you if you can Super Man Front Flip? (As if they don't already ask you if you can do a flip.) The Eiffle Tower Stunt already tainted our image on every last skateboard and BMX blog, making us the laughing stock of the internet. Let me just pose a question... Do you really want a super man front flip to represent what rollerblading is to the entire WORLD? Because lord knows, that it will be on every major news station around the globe. The video is a joke. Get over it. |
